My 8-month old has been playing with this toy since he was about 8 weeks old and still absolutely loves it. The 2 position design is great and allows the toy to grow with the child ... at first they lay under it, but when they can sit they can play seated beside it. The music gets repetitive to me after a while, but my son loves it and the lights. The included toys are colorful and durable - he LOVES the chicken rattle for some reason! A great toy all around.
My 3 month old grandson loves his infant gym. He loves to talk to the other baby, the one in the mirror. My daughter says that he lays there for long periods of time just laughing and playing. I would recommend getting the MP3 player to go with it. My grandson loves the music and has learned how to change the songs by hitting at the toys.
I got this for my 3months old baby .. he loves it !! he can be on his tummy for a long time because of all the stimulation of sound & lights !! It has fun music & the toys on the sides are very nice tooo :))
I purchased this for my son to use with the other 2 made for me toys. My son is 3 months old and he loves it. He will play with it for about 15 minutes straight at a time. He has figured out how to start the music to watch the lights. I can\'t wait until he is able to sit so he can enjoy it on the next level. My 3 and 5 year olds like to play with it also.
I was really looking forward to putting this together. It did take some time. At first it wasn\'t a big hit with my four month old but since then she has become very fascinated with it, especially sitting up. The toy adjusts for a child who sits and she seems to enjoy the toy in the \"sit up\" mode the best. It does pretty well on batteries and there are lots of things for the little ones to play with. The detachable toys are a great feature- if there is one that is a favorite it can travel along with you! Overall, a good product. Buy this used in good condition and save a little cash.
